All booking requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
A booking is not confirmed until a written agreement/contract has been signed and a deposit has been received.
2. Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any approved method outlined in the invoice.
3. Travel & Accommodation (International Bookings)
The promoter/client is responsible for covering all travel, accommodation, and visa-related costs for Jaymoney Musicbox and accompanying team members.
Accommodation must be in a safe, reputable hotel with a minimum 3-star rating.
Airport transfers and local transportation must be provided by the client.
4. Technical & Hospitality Requirements
A full technical rider (sound, stage, lighting requirements) will be provided upon confirmation of booking.
The client must ensure all technical requirements are met to guarantee performance quality.
Hospitality (meals, refreshments, backstage arrangements) must be provided as per the rider.
5. Performance Obligations
Jaymoney Musicbox will perform for the agreed set duration stated in the booking agreement.
The client must ensure the performance environment is safe and secure for the artist and team.
The artist reserves the right to refuse to perform if safety, health, or contractual conditions are compromised.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Client Cancellations: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event, the full fee will still be payable.
Artist Cancellations: In the unlikely event Jaymoney Musicbox cancels due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, any payments received will be fully refunded, and best efforts will be made to reschedule.
7. Promotion & Media
The client may only use the official name “Jaymoney Musicbox”, logos, photos, and promotional materials provided by the artist or management.
Any unauthorized use of the artist’s image, name, or brand is prohibited.
8. Liability & Insurance
The client is responsible for providing adequate event insurance, including coverage for venue, audience, and equipment.
Jaymoney Musicbox and team will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
